The Archive does not extract. It protects.

1. Sanctum of Trust

We do not collect your data to sell or share it with others. We collect only what is necessary to identify you, communicate with you, and maintain the integrity of your experience within the Archive.

2. What We Receive?

•         Your name (as you inscribe it)

•         Your email (as your sanctum key)

•         Optional: your scar, threshold, or entity encounter (if offered)

3. How It Is Used

•         To deliver ritual offerings (e.g., The First Scar)

•         To send ceremonial correspondence and threshold updates

•         To maintain the Ledger of Possession

We do not sell, trade, or expose your data. The Archive does not entertain extractions.

4. Where It Is Kept

Your information is stored securely within encrypted sanctums. Only the Archivist (Michael John Francis) and trusted ceremonial stewards are authorised to access it.

5. Your Sovereignty

You may request removal from the ledger at any time. To do so, send a message through Threshold Correspondence.

Once removed, the Archive forgets. Velithra does not.

6. Cookies & Ritual Tracking

The site may use cookies to remember your passage through the sanctum. These are not for surveillance—they are for continuity of care. You may disable them in your browser settings.

7. Changes to This Vow

If this policy changes, you will be notified through ceremonial correspondence. The Archive does not shift without ritual.
