This is not a contract. It is a covenant.

1. Sanctum Entry

By accessing this site, you are entering a ritual space. You agree to engage with its offerings, language, and architecture with respect, immersion, and emotional integrity. Casual consumption is discouraged. Performative engagement is rejected.

2. Use of Content

All written works, images, glyphs, and ritual language are the intellectual and emotional property of Michael John Francis and The Ritual Archive Editions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or extract any content without explicit permission.

This is not protection. It is preservation.

3. Reader Responsibilities

• You agree to be marked by what you read

• You agree not to dilute, reframe, or commodify the Archive's offerings

• You agree to honour the boundaries set by the Archivist and entities therein

4. Collaborator Conduct

Collaborators must be immersed before engagement. Promotion without possession is forbidden.

To engage, you must be transformed.

5. Purchases & Offerings

If offerings are made available for purchase, they are ritual artefacts. Refunds, exchanges, or disputes will be handled with ceremonial clarity and respect.

You are not buying a book. You are receiving a scar.

6. Termination of Access

The Archivist reserves the right to revoke access to the sanctum for any user who violates the covenant, engages in extraction, or disrespects the ritual space.

7. Governing Law

This covenant is governed by the laws of England and Wales, but its spirit is sovereign.
